Graduation & Convocation

Students who have completed all the requirements for their program in accordance with the regulations described in your program of study are eligible to graduate. However, graduation is not automatic. All students must apply for graduation through the Office of the Dean of their respective faculty on or before the deadline as indicated in the academic calendar.

It is the responsibility of each student to ensure that they meet the graduation requirements of the program in which they are currently enrolled. All candidates are encouraged to consult with their program directors/Deans to clarify any questions or concerns.

Graduation refers to the awarding of an academic degree by meeting all the requirements for their program.
Convocation refers to the ceremonies where the degree parchments (diplomas) are presented to the graduates.
